Step 2: The Resume
We craft your professional resume based on your career goals and highlight the strengths and experience you will bring to your desired role. We utilize a format that is applicant tracking system (ATS) friendly and employ crucial keywords to help you shine above the crowd.
 
We have a “two sets of eyes” policy here at MRT. Your resume will always be reviewed by a second MRT Consultant before delivery to ensure it’s top-notch.

Step 3: The Review
Once you receive and have a chance to review your resume, you can schedule a 30-minute review call with your Consultant to walk through your polished, professional resume. When we partner to evaluate your revamped resume, you can ask questions and request any edits or revisions. Once it has your stamp of approval, you will receive the final product in both Word and PDF formats. At this time, you also receive 3-business days of email-based support from your Consultant.
